EDUCATORS

Ben Brown

Ben’s journey from a young salon worker to a world-renowned educator is one of determination and reinvention. At 16, with no natural talent, he worked tirelessly to master his craft. By 34, as a salon owner, he realized that performing and teaching were two entirely different skills. This insight sparked his famous “100 Days” project — cutting and refining the same graduated bob every day for 100 days. Through filming and self-reflection, he uncovered the true mechanics and theory of haircutting.

Gianni Scumaci

Former Vidal Sassoon Creative Director, he has shaped international campaigns and mentored top stylists. His iconic Fanni haircut influenced major fashion houses and even became a Trivial Pursuit question. With features in Vogue and i-D magazine, he continues to push creative boundaries inspiring the next generation of hairdressers.

Bons Hair

A fourth-generation hairdresser, Bons began his career at 14 in his family’s salon and refined his craft at top European and UK academies. Influenced by precision cutting and fashion-driven subcultures, he blends technical mastery with a forward-thinking vision. His philosophy is a continuous evolution, shaping both his craft and clientele.
